Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit.
Normal Changeover Day: Saturday

Booking Details:
Full terms and conditions of lettings are included in the booking form.
Rental prices are per day and include water and electricity allowances.
The property will be prepared for your arrival and you are asked to leave
it as you expect to find it. If left in an unreasonable state the cost
of extra cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. The maximum
number of people allowed in the property is as stated and must be respected.
No pets allowed. Weekly lettings run from 3 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday.
Supplements apply for heating and the supply of bedlinen.
A deposit of 40 % is payable upon booking and the balance is due eight
weeks before the holiday commences. Added to the balance will be a 150
Euro security deposit which will be refunded in full 4 weeks after your
holiday ends unless you have incurred additional charges or caused damage
to the property or its contents.
We will send you exact location details and key pick up information approx.
10 days prior to your letting. In all matters Portuguese law applies.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your booking any amounts paid will only be refunded if the property can be re-let.
- this does not apply to the non refundable 40 %deposit
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking
our liability is limited to the refund of all money paid by
you.
